Saisabi is an online ticket booking platform that connects you with the Events and Lucky Draw Seller. As we do not operate any Events and Lucky Draw nor act as an agent, the sole responsibility for all the amenities, price, etc of Tickets, and other requirements rest upon the respective Agency/Motors/Society/Organisation. This ‘Terms of Use’ governs the use of this website by Users. Your access to and use of this service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with this Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

User Account

Your Personal Information that you provide us for creating your account must be accurate, complete and current at all times and providing inappropriate login details shall constitute breach of our Terms which may result in immediate termination of your account from our portal/website.

By registering with us you agree not to disclose your password to any Third Party. It is your sole responsibility to safeguard your password that you use to access our service as well as to notify us of any breach of security, misuse or unauthorized used of your account.

Your username must be unique and you must not use the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use. You must also not use a name or trademark without appropriate authorization that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Restrictions

• A person below un eligible age under the law is restricted from booking ticket(s) without a written consent from parents/guardians.

• A Mentally-ill person is restricted from booking ticket(s) without a written consent from parents/guardians/family members.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All the trademarks, logos, contents, information/data of this website are owned by this website and its affiliate entity as its absolute property and have exclusive legal rights to protect it against infringement of any kind or violation of any of its Intellectual Property Rights.

• The Users of this website have got only the rights to access and view or to avail of our services and shall not use our trademark, logos, contents or any information/data that are stored in our website for any commercial/advertisement purpose(s) nor shall post /upload such in any social media platform or offline platform.

• The Users of this website shall not extract any information/data, logo(s), contents or any of this website property for public display or copying for similar use which shall damage our image or cause loss without our written consent.

• The ID and password given to you are confidential and as such you must secure it properly from being misused/ unauthorized access

Roles & Limitation of Liability

• In no event, we shall be held liable for any loss, destruction or damaged caused to any User through malware attacks or arising out of the use of this website by such User with any Third Party

• Our website provides only online ticket booking service where we provide you with the list of Events and Lucky Draws Sellers which are registered with us. We connect you with this Third Party/ Sellers as per your choice/requirement and in no way we shall be liable for the cancellation of events etc which are the sole responsibilities of the seller (Agency/Motors/Society/Organisation).

• We shall not be held liable for cancellation of the Events/Lucky Draw or for change of venue.

Payment

We use payment gateway for booking tickets from our online platform. For booking tickets Users can either pay online or pay directly to the Seller.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the ticket is bought by the buyer / user the tickets cannot be cancel.

Termination

In the event of breach of any of the terms of use by any User of this website the account of such User shall be terminated or suspended immediately and such User shall also be liable to pay damages if any arising out of such breach. Misuse of ID and password of personal account shall also amounts to termination from this website. Users can terminate their account from this website by logging out from their account if they choose to do so.

Assignability

A User shall not assign its rights and obligations to any Third Party to utilize the service of this website without obtaining prior written consent from its Proprietor, Manager or Employee

Indemnification

A User shall fully indemnify the website or its proprietor in case of infringement of any of the Intellectual Property Rights or breach of this Terms of Use resulting in the loss of the website or its Proprietor by act of such infringement or breach. The Proprietor or its Employee(s) shall also indemnify its User(s) in case of any illegal/fraudulent nature or operation of this website by its own act and not by any Third Party. Either Party shall indemnify the other Party in case of violation of any State Law or any applicable Law

Severability

If any term, clause or provision of this Terms of Use is held to be inappropriate, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such term, clause or provision shall be amended and interpreted in conformity with the rest of the provisions to accomplish the objective of this Terms of Use and in no way such invalidity or defect shall affect the validity or operation of the rest of the provisions in this Terms of Use.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any kind of dispute arising out of the use of this website such dispute shall be governed by the law of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Dimapur.

The Users of this website or any aggrieved party shall try to resolve dispute by approaching the Grievance Officer of this website first and in the event of failure to resolve such dispute, the Parties shall try to resolve their dispute through Conciliation/Arbitration
